01 / The opportunity
The next wave of AI needs real work.
Customer answers, sales decisions, company know-how. Work like this helps AI learn how businesses run — and can become new revenue for yours.
Concept illustration. What is shared, how it is used and how it is prepared are agreed for each dataset.

05 / Why this matters now
AI labs need permission-based business data, and most of it sits inside companies.
01
Open web data has limits
Much of the openly available text has already been used. AI developers are looking for new sources of real-world data.
02
Permission matters
Many AI developers prefer data licensed with the owner's agreement over data collected without it.
03
Real work lives inside businesses
Support cases, sales cycles and internal documents show how work actually gets done, and most of it isn't public.
From the tools your team already uses

Questions
See all questionsAbout the fit check, and how licensing works if you go further.
Will my customers' or employees' information be shared?
The fit check never asks for customer or employee records. If a deal goes ahead, the selected records go through the agreed privacy preparation and review, and you approve the scope before anything is released.
Can I back out?
Yes, at any point before you sign, at no cost. Once an agreement is signed, its terms apply, and you approve those terms first. Once SourceX has selected the data in writing and paid the fee, its license is permanent.
Does applying mean I have to sell my data?
Applying doesn't commit you to anything. You decide whether to go ahead once you've seen the proposed scope and terms.
What kind of companies qualify?
Best suited to companies with 50+ full-time employees at peak (contractors excluded) and several years of operating history, based in the U.S. (our priority), Canada or the EU, or in Latin America, the UAE or Saudi Arabia when at least 90% of the data is in English. Companies that are still operating, acquired, or wound down can all qualify.
What are the standard deal terms?
A one-time fee, with no royalties. SourceX's written selection permits an invoice, and payment is due Net 60 from SourceX's receipt of it. You keep ownership of your original data; rights to the prepared dataset, exclusivity, review and confidentiality are set by your signed agreement. Read the standard deal terms
Will I have to agree to exclusivity?
Usually, yes. During the exclusivity term you agree not to license the same data elsewhere for AI training. It restricts you, not SourceX, which keeps the right to distribute or sublicense the deidentified dataset. You see the term before you agree.
